We want to make returning an item easy and simple.  If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item within 10 days of delivery and we will gladly credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection.

All items must be clean and unworn with all the tags attached.  All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. Include submission form that I email you. Costumes are not refundable.  For health reasons and by Federal Law, panties attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment.  Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. The following items cannot be returned due to health regulations. Clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned as they may have been drastically reduced, and are often one of a kind. ALL Sale items are clearance and discontinued items. Discounts have been applied. There are NO returns or exchanges on any SALE items!

 There will be a 15% cancellation fee on orders that have already been processed and are ready for shipment. Refused items will be posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged.   Also, for all items returned for a refund there will be a 15% restocking fee.  There is no restocking for exchanges and returns for store credit.
